**Limited 90-Day Warranty for Pickleball Paddles**

This limited warranty is provided by Longevity Sport and applies to the original purchaser of the Pickleball paddle (“Product”). The warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

**Coverage:**

Longevity Sport warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the 90-day warranty period.

**Exclusions:**

This warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure or any form of physical abuse, including but not limited to intentional or accidental impacts, misuse, or inappropriate handling of the paddle.

**Claim Process:**

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact Longevity Sport within the 90-day warranty period. Longevity Sport LLC will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product.

**Limitations:**

– This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

– The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.

– Any modifications or alterations to the Product will void this warranty.

Once a replacement paddle is issued, it will not be accompanied by a new or extended warranty. The original warranty period, which was applicable to the initial purchase of the original paddle, remains in force solely for the original item. In other words, the warranty coverage provided for the replacement paddle does not extend beyond the timeframe specified in the original purchase warranty.

It is important for customers to be aware that any remaining duration of the original warranty is not reset or prolonged by the issuance of a replacement paddle. The terms and conditions of the original warranty, including its limitations and coverage specifics, persist exclusively for the original product, irrespective of the issuance of a replacement due to manufacturing defects or damages covered under the warranty policy. This ensures transparency and consistency in the warranty coverage provided to customers throughout the lifecycle of the purchased paddle.
